Return Policy:
In the rare case that you would need to make a return, please follow these simple instructions.
For Order Cancelations, please refer to the section under Payment Policy.
  • Returns Due to Shipping Damage:
Examine your package immediately upon receipt. Please refuse the package if there is obvious damage(badly damaged box etc.) If damage is found, let us know and we will have the item picked up and replaced Immediately at OUR EXPENSE.
  • Returns Due to Our Error:
We will have the incorrect item picked up and replaced immediately at OUR EXPENSE.
  • In both cases, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of damaged/incorrect item, by e-mail. Our e-mail address is; countrydecor @sbcglobal.net.
    In the rare case the item is no longer available for replacement, we will refund your purchase, including shipping.
  • All others:
Returns must be authorized, and you will receive an Authorization number; kindly e-mail your request within 5 days of receipt of merchandise to: countrydecor@sbcglobal.net.
That will give you plenty of time to get your return to us as outlined below.
You can always call us on the phone if you wish (in addition to the e-mail) as we are always ready to discuss concerns with a customer.
  • Once authorization is given, kindly ship the item/s back to our store, insured, in original packaging and in undamaged condition. You have a full 30 days from the receipt date of your package (as verified by USPS or UPS delivery confirmation) to get the return back to us at the address listed below. We will process your refund within 10 business days.

  • If you are canceling an order that has not yet been shipped and you have been charged, you will receive a full refund.
  • If you are canceling an order that has not yet been shipped and you have not yet been charged, your order will simply be moved to canceled, and not be processed in any way. All credit card information is encrypted and safe.
  • If you are canceling an order that has already been shipped, or has been special ordered and paid for, you will receive a full refund minus a 15% restocking fee.

  • The balance of the "Actual shipping" (if any) will be deducted from the refund. The "actual shipping" is what we were actually charged by UPS our USPS to ship your package to you. If we had your order shipped to you directly from the manufacturer, we will NOT deduct the $10.00 fee they charge from the refund, but will cover that ourselves.
  • If you wish to have a store credit, or order another item/s of equal or greater value, the restocking fee will be waived.

  • Again, in all cases, returns must be in new condition, in the original packaging, with the insert slips in the packaging. In the case of Bedding items, all the above as well as in unused, unwashed condition, with all labels in tact.

  • Any items that are NOT in the correct packaging, in new condition as described above or we receive them over 30 days since they were delivered to you will be incur a 50% restocking fee.


Please note, all monitors portray colors differently, we recommend purchasing one piece first or have us send you a swatch,to confirm actual colors. Returns due to color issues are not considered our error and therefore will be processed as such.
Payment Policy:
Payments are accepted using: Visa, MC, or American Express. You may also send us a check or money order if you wish.
Orders will be processed and charged up to 24 hours before they ship if the items are in our store. If any items on the order need to then be ordered from the manufacturer, they may be charged immediately.
Orders paid by check will not be shipped until the funds have cleared.
Shipping Policy:
We will ship either UPS or USPS or Fed-Ex at our discretion. If one is favored over the other, please let us know in the comments section when placing your order. Thank you!
Packages will be dropped off without a signature unless you contact us and request we make a signature mandatory before a delivery can be made.
That being said, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If we do not have all of the items on your order to ship out, and you will only accept anything but your full order, please let us know in the notes area on the web order form.
Please note, if a partial order is indeed sent, you are only charged for what ships.
Shipping for orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and any Overseas destination will be estimates and actual shipping will calculated and supplied for you approval before shipping.
Shipping on C & F bedding takes approximately 14 business days.
